LEGOLAND! - all in caps :)

Don't go to Billund without visiting LEGOLAND at least once. Sure, it is an amusementpark aimed at families with children, but the miniatures of buildings from all over the world makes it worth your time who ever you are. With LEGO bricks, creativity and a bit of loving humour everything from the Statue of Liberty to a small railway station outside Billund is portrayed and will bring you around the world in a few hours.

If you are into the whole amusementpark thing, make start out at LEGOLANDs website. Here you can get a good view of the activities, events, opening hours and much more. Furthermore you can book time at some of the activities and jump ahead in line - highly recommendable in the best season.

I plan on bringing a post in this blog for each area of LEGOLAND, as it is just too big to fit into one in my opinion. On opening day - last saturday, April 2nd - I visited the park and took pictures of the new STAR WARS area of Miniland, which I will dedicate my next post to.
